Copy contracts will be provided and explained before anyone is asked to sign anything and each tenant must nominate a guarantor who will also be provided with the contract documents for their consideration. The tenancy agreement once entered into secures the relevant property for the tenants and makes clear what rights and obligations then exist for all concerned.

All prospective tenants are urged to view the relevant house which will be arranged in co-operation with the existing tenants who are usually very happy to chat and help inform your decision.

Rent is inclusive of gas, electricity, water and fast internet with a modern wireless router providing coverage throughout the house.
